The chef took the initiative to open the kitchen before the advertised hours, making it easy for our early risers eager to hit the slopes. Our room offered serene views of the snowy mountains, which provided a peaceful backdrop for our family evenings. After a day filled with skiing at nearby resorts, we appreciated the warm lounge area, where the wood fireplace added a cozy touch while we shared stories of our adventures. The hotel's location near ski rental shops was a bonus, as we received discounts and could easily drop off our equipment for collection. the free shuttle service to nearby areas made exploring the region hassle-free. The attentive staff ensured that our family's needs were met, creating a memorable vacation experience that catered specifically to families seeking comfort and convenience in Hakuba.
